Sheraton Laval Hotel

The housekeeping staff greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcomed.

Everything is great here, had a such great stay on a business trip.

The location turned out to be marvellous and perfect, close to the Carrefour Laval which is a great shopping mall and a fabulous shopping mall and exceptional dining options.

We visited a cool mall nearby and enjoyed a concert in the area. The 24-hour bistro was a lifesaver for late-night snacks, and the room was clean and spacious. Parking was super easy.

Being a bit far from downtown might not suit everyone, so if you're looking for quick access to the city, it could be a downside.

Totally good stay for one night. Clean hotel, efficient staff & easy location close to everything. Neat rooms with an air conditioning, a personal safe and an iron. Paid $ 394. Quick check-in, parking outside. Nice pool area too.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was neat and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room we had included climate control, a personal safe, and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff was absolutely courteous & affable. The food was great and we enjoyed the variety. The property's location was incredible, next to the carefour mall, illumi, and many restaurants, Laval for medical reasons and the center of Laval right next to the shopping mall. Tried some nice meals at Manchu Wok, located a couple of blocks away from the hotel...

Had an awesome one-night stay with my family in a queen room! The indoor pool and spa made it an extra relaxing trip. Just wish the charging outlets worked better, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

The Saturday night buffet and the music on Sat. evening playing the 50 and 60's music - the pool , sauna, steam room etc. room was clean quiet - our request for a non smoking close to the elevator room was met they got a 9.5 from us - thank you

the chamber maids had a difficult understanding our needs when asked for coffee and clean towels - many of them do not speak english and was a little difficult to communicate with them - also the Starbuck African coffee has to go - I love anything they call coffee - but this was terrible. thank you

My room was stunning and comfy.

The pool area shines with a fine design, with a hot tub, sauna, and a beautifully heated pool that adds to the relaxation experience. Located conveniently next to a mall and surrounded by a plethora of amenities, it offers easy access for any traveler needing a break from their adventures.

Unfortunately, the noise levels were quite bothersome, mainly due to the hotel's proximity to a busy highway. Soundproofing in the rooms leaves much to be desired, as I could hear distant voices and passing traffic. The dining experience fell flat as well, with the restaurant's service not matching the hotel's upscale vibes, and some common areas seemed to lack adequate restroom facilities during busy events.

To close to highway bit noisey, the decor should be updated, local calls are charged $1.15 for each call. Although the staff was polite they were somewhat distant, overall we did not feel welcome.

Awesome stay for the weekend!

This place is really nice! The lobby is super stylish, and check-in was quick. Loved the brunch buffet. The food was great, especially the fresh waffles! The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was clean and big enough to swim laps.

It was a convenient location for attending a family wedding.
